Terms & Conditions

In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.


Returns


Prime Chocolate are happy to offer a full refund or exchange on any product provided it is returned to us in a fully re saleable condition. If you are unhappy with the product or you have simply changed your mind and the product has not been opened we will happily exchange or refund it once you have contacted us. You must return the item(s) within 7 working days of receiving delivery. We cannot accept returns that have been opened unless it can be proven that the product is inedible or the outward appearance of the enclosed chocolate is at fault. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. Please send back packages with a trackable, insured service as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If a refund is necessary, it can only be issued to the sender's card - i.e. the card used to purchase the goods in the first instance; and will not be made until goods are returned.

We'll refund the delivery charge on orders if they're returned to us within 7 days of receipt. If an order is returned to us after 7 days from receipt, then we'll refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.


We will process any returns within 3-4 working days of receiving them. You will be refunded within 24-48 hours after your return has been processed depending on your card issuer. Please include any order numbers and billing address on any correspondence you have with us.
